Goa

The best holiday I ever had, is to Goa.  We explored North Goa. Soaking in the sea, getting tan, visiting a church, walking around the fort,  shopping and having some yummilicious food at the shacks, we did it all. Here are some of the pictures of our trip.

In Panjim, we went to see " Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church".

 We also visited the famous Dona Paula in Panjim. Many Bollywood movies are filmed here.

Hyderabad - The City of Nawabs

We went to Hyderabad in January. It was a short trip of two days. We stayed at Ellaa Hotels.

Our exploration of the city started with the Hussain Sagar Lake. It is an artificial lake. A large statue of Gautama Buddha is build on an island in the middle of the lake.

Next day, we went to see the Golconda fort. It is a beautiful fort.

We got a breathtaking view of the city from the top of the fort.

Other beautiful monument in Hyderabad is the Charminar. It is located in the center of the city.

After exploring the Charminar, we went to the Chowmahalla Palace. It was the palace of the Nizams of Hyderabad.
